What type of adaptive clothing do you offer?
We offer onesies, T-shirts, and dresses with hidden access openings. Either front zipper or side seam snaps for tubes & ports.
What if I need a specific location for the access opening?
Our goal is to make sure that our clothing is tailored specifically for your needs. We offer opens for either right or left hand sides. If you need your openings in a specific location please reach out to us so we can make those accommodations.
Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a store front because we custom make every item. We do have our own shop for making each item.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes 3 months to size youth 12 in all of our clothing options.
Do you offer openings for other tubes besides G tubes?
YES! Not only does our clothing allow access to gtubes, we can also accommodate picc lines, central lines, GJ tubes, stomas, and trachs.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at the current time. Some of our customers have been able to turn their receipts into insurance for reimbursement.
What type of fabric do you use for your clothing
All of our clothing is made out of knit fabric. The fabric is either 100% cotton or cotton/poly/rayon blends.
Why does it take 3 weeks to ship?
It takes 3 weeks to ship because we custom make every order as they come in. We do not carry in inventory so that the clothing can accommodate your specific needs.
Do you accept returns?
C.C. Moo LLC custom makes every item as they are ordered and we want you to be happy with your purchase. C.C. Moo LLC will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for defective garments only, as they are custom made for you. The garment/s must be returned not worn or laundered. All packages are tracked to confirm delivery. You may contact us via email, or send the package back via UPS or USPS. C.C. Moo LLC reserves the right to deny return or refund based on condition of returned product. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
